Answer for What style of yoga should I follow as a beginner

Any style is fine — you should be able to keep up and follow instructions. Maybe do some personal classes to understand the key elements of yoga practice, or then join the Beginners level of any style. In my studio – if I have a beginner joining I give them half an hour of a one on one personal lesson, where I familiiarize them with the basics of yoga – and following that I allow them to join the regular class, instructing them to stop wherever they are doubtful, and to stay back and keep clearing all their doubts with me after class, everyday. My class, accommodates all levels of practitioners because we all need to do the same stretches, twists, bends, inversions & so on, the difference is we’re either attempting the posture gently, as a beginner, or then going deeper into the same stretches.
