Tuesday & Thursday from 7.00 am to 8.30 am (IST – Indian time) via Zoom.
Subscribers get a link by text & email to join the live classes.
The Class link remains available for a week after each class to complete or repeat on your own schedule.

ONE ON ONE CONSULTATIONS
Sapna also does Consultations either Online or In-Person from her studio in Gurgaon.
This is a one hour session and the charge for this is INR Rs 2000/- (USD $25) This is suitable for anyone with an ailment that they wish to treat through various yoga techniques.
