YWS Online Classes bring the YWS Studio experience to users everywhere. Do-Along Videos are provided for practicing yoga. Instruction Videos are provided for gaining knowledge and improving technique. Suitable for users of all skill and fitness levels.

Do-Along Videos

YWS Do-along Videos provide unique, specially choreographed sequences for practicing yoga. Each do-along sequence provides a full yoga workout. Sequences can also be combined to get a longer yoga routine. Users should select sequences that are suited to their health and fitness level.

Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation)

A Complete Yoga Practice

This routine contains multiple cycles of the Sun Salutation, which is a series of twelve specific postures performed in a continuous flow. Each cycle is different to enrich the practice. We vary pace, go deeper into different positions, perform postures with mantras, and incorporate posture variations. The Sun Salutation is a traditional complete yoga practice. Try it!

YWS “Water” Sequence

YWS “Air” Sequence

Power Yoga-1 (Vinyasa-1)
